Fishing brand: 5 French 100% brands to (re) discover
Buying French is a growing attention among consumers wishing to promote talent or local know-how. The fishing world is not exempt. Whether in the fashion, fishing equipment or technological innovation sector, we wanted to promote talents who innovate and strive every day to (re) invent our sector through their fishing brand.
Of course, many other talents exist and will deserve a dedicated article in the future. But today, we wanted to tackle this subject by selecting 5 French 100% fishing brands to discover or rediscover for some.
Maison Ferrage: Much more than a passion, a way of life
Founded recently by Thomas Caumartin, Maison Ferrage is a French 100% fishing brand that has chosen to focus on fashion and textile printing.
In addition, Maison Ferrage makes the choice, in an ethical approach, to help each year a project in the world of fishing to develop by means of a financial boost. For example, the brand decided this year to help AAPPMA de Fongrave in improving the estate of health of the black bass populations in the Lot. Thus, for any Maison Ferrage product purchased, € 1 will be donated to AAPPMA to carry out black-bass stocking.
An approach that was important to underline and highlight as one of our favorite fishing brands!
Boat Box System: the battery of the future
More and more used by fishermen, Boat Box System batteries are also tested by Navicom on Minn Kota engines. Another proof of the seriousness and the ambitions of this new French 100% fishing brand.
Big Fish 1983: A different take on fishing
Big Fish 1983 is a French fishing brand deeply inspired by the culture of modern sport fishing, that is to say respectful of fish and their environment. Founded by William Fichard, passionate about fishing since his childhood, Big Fish 1883 designs polarizing glasses with remarkable anti-reflection technicality, while offering frames up to date.
Each model is stamped on the outside of the branch with the design of a gold fish. This acronym is the symbol of the brand and a sign very recognizable by its followers.
Besides its glasses, Big Fish 1983 also offers a whole collection of clothes and accessories where fish naturally have a predominant place.

Banana Rods has been developing for 10 years now a unique know-how by designing rods with an exceptional finish and performance. Entirely made in France, Banana Rods are the fruit of the unique alliance between advanced technology and careful design.
The fishing brand combines traditional know-how with cutting-edge technologies and exclusive composite materials from partner research laboratories.

To have already had one in the hands, these canes are real jewels. Luxury, unique objects, created to measure and perfectly adapted to the needs of everyone in their fishing practice. Rods made for enthusiasts by enthusiasts.

How? 'Or' What
Hello,
We are a small fishing association in the Aisne department: Association Agréée de Pêche et de Protection du Milieu Aquatique "Les Patients de BRAINE".
We organise introductory fishing sessions for children and teenagers to help them discover the natural and aquatic environment.
We organise several events of this kind every year for the various centres in the Communauté de Communes and for the Foyer Rural de BRAINE leisure centre.
Could you help us with this type of activity by providing or donating fishing equipment or other goodies to encourage these young people and offer them a small gift during the small fishing competitions that we organise during these sessions or groups.
Thank you very much.
Yours sincerely
Claude BOVE
