Black bass fishing in the Landes

I'm offering you a day's guided black-bass fishing in the Landes on board my bassboat.

Le Black-bass est particulièrement bien représenté dans notre département des Landes, les milieux étants favorables à son acclimatation. Le guidage pourra s’effectuer sur les différents lacs landais comme Parentis, Cazaux, Etang Blanc, et Souston. 

Cette journée pourra être axée sur la découverte de la pêche en bateau du black-bass, sur des techniques spécifiques (topwater, frogs, pêche en milieux très encombrés, powerfishing…). Je ferai de mon mieux pour vous transmettre toutes mes connaissances sur cette espèce ainsi que sa pêche.

Paul

My name is Paul, I'm 26 and I've been a keen fisherman since I was 4.
My passion for fishing began at the age of 4 in the Aveyron region of France. Since then, the passion has never left me, particularly when fishing for carp, various white fish and trout, but also on the Basque coast until I was 10, when I discovered lure fishing.
Throughout my adolescence, I surveyed the gravel pits of Toulouse and the Basque country, as well as the canals and rivers accessible from the shore and by float tube.
A large part of my studies were focused on environmental management and protection, which led me to join a fishing federation during a number of work placements and also to work at the heart of a fishing activities centre, where I was able to discover my desire to pass on my passion for fishing and to raise awareness of the need to protect the environment in which we practice our hobby.
So it was natural for me to change careers and train as a fishing guide and instructor in Aveyron.

Today, as a holder of the BPJEPS Moniteur Guide de Pêche diploma, I'll be delighted to take you fishing and help you discover the different environments that the South-West has to offer, providing you with quality equipment so that you can enjoy your session in complete safety.
I'll do my best to meet your expectations, whether you're just discovering float tube or boat fishing, or you'd like to improve your skills, particularly in my favourite techniques which are black-base fishing and all types of bank and weed fishing to target pike and perch in our Landes waters.

The detailed programme

The programme for the day and the techniques to be used will be established beforehand according to your level and expectations. 

Le ieu de pêche sera décidé en fonction des conditions du moment et de votre localisation. Je peux vous transportez gratuitement jusqu’au lieu de pêche à partir de Bayonne/ Sud des landes. 

La journée commmencera par une présentation du matériel, du bateau et du matériel de sécurité. Une présentation de l’espèce ciblée sera également faite. 

Le bateau dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire au bon déroulé de la journée. Tout le matériel de sécurité (gilets de sauvetage…) et de pêche (cannes spinning et casting haut de gamme, leurres, pinces ect… )  est présent à bord mais vous pouvez venir avec votre propre matériel. 

Fishing will take place over 8 hours.

Le département des Landes dispose d’un potentiel important et reconnu en matière de pêche du black-bass. Que ce soit du bord ou dans le cadre de la pêche embarquée, la diversité des sites permet tous types de pratique sur les quelques 11 600 ha de plan d’eau et 1 000 km de cours d’eau de seconde catégorie. Un rêve pour tout pêcheur de carnassiers ou du black-bass !
