This fishing course is designed for beginners where everything is designed to help you discover fly fishing in the best possible conditions. It takes place in the south of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, on a site that has been awarded the "wild rivers" label. Immersed in a natural, unspoilt environment with its wild troutYou'll be able to learn the basics and progress rapidly.

As a fishing guide in the Ardèche, mountain leader and canyoning instructor, I can offer you my experience and knowledge of the region to help you discover my most beautiful routes, from the most accessible to the most secret. All are selected for their natural setting and their fishing interest. I'll be happy to listen to your needs and organise an unforgettable fishing trip.

The detailed programme

You wish discover fly fishingIf you're interested in fishing, I can organise a fishing course for you where we'll alternate training, fishing for pleasure and discovering the natural environment. You'll have a great time relaxing in an unforgettable natural setting.

- Knowledge of equipment

- Putting together an appropriate, balanced package

- Basic movements: straight throw

- Approach, placement

- Posers, rips, drifts, shoeing, catch and release

- Dry fishing

- Water reading, temperature...

- Fish behaviour and behaviour

- Ecology of aquatic environments

- Choice of imitation

- The aquatic invertebrates of the fly fisher

- Weather and temperature: water, air, moon.

- Information on the workings of local rivers
