Boat Box System: the battery of the future

Boat Box System is a French start-up that has been developing hardened lithium batteries since November 2017 for electric motors and boat sounders.

Launched from Castelsarrasin in the Tarn-et-Garonne by Stéphane and David, these lithium batteries are lighter and above all have a much longer charge and life than traditional lead-acid batteries. Maintenance is also almost non-existent.

The battery provides constant and long-lasting voltage to the electric motors or sounders of your boats. For motors, 12v, 24v and 36v batteries with amperages ranging from 45Ah to 120Ah are currently available. For sounders, only 12v voltage with amperages from 7Ah to 120Ah is currently marketed. However, BBS wants to quickly develop and develop new products, even more sustainable and customizable according to the needs of fishermen.

The autonomy of these batteries is just bluffing! For having tried them, they allow you hours of navigation without the slightest recharge. A technological feat that deserves to be highlighted, in addition to the neat design of the boxes including a screen indicating the voltage, the remaining autonomy as well as the internal temperature of the battery.

We are a small fishing association in the Aisne department: Association Agréée de Pêche et de Protection du Milieu Aquatique "Les Patients de BRAINE".

We organise introductory fishing sessions for children and teenagers to help them discover the natural and aquatic environment.
We organise several events of this kind every year for the various centres in the Communauté de Communes and for the Foyer Rural de BRAINE leisure centre.

Could you help us with this type of activity by providing or donating fishing equipment or other goodies to encourage these young people and offer them a small gift during the small fishing competitions that we organise during these sessions or groups.
