Extremadura giant pike fishing break

In a friendly atmosphere, I can offer you holidays on huge, wild lakes with plenty of fish and over 50,000 hectares of navigable land. Together, we'll share the catching of record pikes in terms of size and quantity under the Extremadura sun. Between cacti and eucalyptus, we'll be hunting them down using a host of different techniques, which I'll be delighted to share with you. 

Introduced by Franco several years ago, the pike has found a favourable habitat for its development. 
The lakes are home to a phenomenal quantity of forage fish, which encourages the rapid growth of fish. pike.
In Extremadura, the pike of 60/80cm are legion and large specimens of 90 and over a metre are in exceptional supply.
With hard or soft lures, every cast can be a surprise - and maybe even the fish of your life!
You'll be able to test yourself against large specimens of this fabulous sport fish.

I've been an avid fisherman since I was a child, and it was in this field that I decided to start my career 3 years ago...
A competitor at heart, and French Black Bass Champion in 2011 and 2014, I decided to share my techniques and knowledge. I moved to Extremadura where, for 3 years, I worked as a fishing guide... A real pleasure! Addicted to all the techniques of predator fishing, I invite you to Extremadura for a merciless hunt for the monsters that haunt the area: pike and black-bass.

I offer guided week-long holidays from Saturday to Saturday (6 days fishing) including :

- GUIDING: to the best spots in Extremadura

-BOAT: Nitro Z7 (2015) 150 hp Humminbird electronics and Minn Kota electric motor

- BOAT: Nitro Z18(2017) 150 HP Electronic Humminbird and Minn Kota electric motor

- BOAT: Nitro Z9 (2015) 150 hp Humminbird electronics and Minn Kota electric motor

- FUEL: All fuel is included.

- MATERIAL: illex rods, shimano reels (top of the range).

- FISHING ASSISTANCE: For all fishing trips (except Orellana), I'll take you out in my 4×4.

- BREAKFAST: Continental and hearty

- LUNCH BREAK: During the fishing trips on Orellana, Garcia de Sola and Zujar, lunch breaks at the lakeside restaurant; Lac de la Séréna, snack prepared by a restaurant.

Coming to Extremadura

Located in the centre of Spain, Extremadura is a very easy region to get to.

By car: The motorway runs almost the entire length of the route.

By plane and then by car : 

- Flight Europe or France / Madrid - Low coast price on (Easyjet, Ryanair, Ibéria)

- Car hire (Budget, Avis, Hertz) at very competitive prices for one week

The journey between Madrid and Extremadura takes around 2 hours 30 minutes.
