Rodmaps (the "Company") is concerned about the protection of Users' personal data. It undertakes to ensure a very high level of protection of this data in accordance with the French Data Protection Act.

ARTICLE 1 PURPOSE OF THE CHARTER AND ACCEPTANCE
This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information on the RODMAPS Website (the "Website" or the "Platform") and in connection with the RODMAPS Service (the "Service").
The User acknowledges and accepts that any browsing of the Site, as well as any use of the Service, implies express prior acceptance of the terms of this confidentiality charter.
The Company reserves the right to modify this confidentiality charter. The User is therefore invited to check regularly, in particular each time the Service is used, whether any changes have been made to the confidentiality charter.
ARTICLE 2 USER INFORMATION AND RIGHTS
The Company is responsible for processing the personal data it collects on the Site and via the Service.
The Company collects personal data when users visit the Site and use the Service, and in particular :
- When a Customer creates a User account ;
- When a Customer books an Activity ;
- When subscribing to a newsletter.
The Company uses the personal data collected in this way in accordance with the regulations in force and for the following purposes:
-In order to ensure that use of the Site and the Service runs smoothly and that the Service is used in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions;

The recipients of this data are the relevant departments of the Company, the Company's payment partners and the Company's commercial partners.

ARTICLE 3 COOKIES
During visits to the Site, cookies and other similar technologies (hereinafter referred to as "cookies") may be installed on the User's browser software.
In particular, the cookie is used to collect information about the User's browsing habits.
The main purpose of the cookies used by the Company is to enable browsing on the Site and use of the Service.
The cookies that may be placed on the User's terminal when browsing the Site have different functions:

For example, the Company limits access to personal information to those employees who, in its reasonable judgement, need to know that information. The Company also employs procedures to protect Users' personal information from unauthorised access.
