If you've been fly fishing for a few years but are experiencing a few "technical" problems, this is the day for you!
I propose a accelerated fly fishing training focusing on the little details that make all the difference on difficult fish. Observation, choice of fly but above all length of leader, positioning, angle of attack and application of the linear cast will punctuate our day. This day of fly fishing is dedicated to anglers looking to improve their skills. Depending on what you're looking for, I can offer you rivers with clear waters, dense vegetation and large smooth stretches that will require you to be particularly diligent.

I offer introductory and advanced dry fly fishing for trout.
My playgrounds are the rivers and streams of the Pyrenees: Neste, Arros, Adour and Gave. I provide you with rods and Tenkara, flies and all my tips and tricks. Two key words: sharing and conviviality will punctuate our fishing day.

The detailed programme
The appointment is made together at the fishing site at 9am. It is confirmed once the information has been taken from vigiecrue and Météo France a few days beforehand. A warm welcome and a chance to get to know each other over coffee and croissants provided by me.
Part of the morning is devoted to discovering the river and the fly-fishing technique: the rod and its specific action, making the appropriate leader for the river and finally linear casting.
At the end of the morning, we go to the water's edge to observe and define together the choice of fishing technique (dry, nymphs) as well as the end of our leader. You then return to the stage alone so that I can observe and identify a few details or faults that I suggest you debrief before the snack.
The afternoon was spent in fishing mode, looking for fish. I'll be coming back regularly to the attitudes and gestural details that need to be changed and, of course, encouraging them if necessary, while making sure to illustrate, explain and perhaps demonstrate!
